Diagnosed why a publisher's test-bank export loaded into Buzz as an empty shell: the package is labeled Common Cartridge but is structured as Blackboard 9.x. Built a repeatable converter for it, working with an AI assistant.

Taught ADJ-101, a three-week course preparing new instructors to teach in SNHU's online adult-learner model. Week one covered how the courses are built and what support exists for students and instructors. Week two covered how the online model works in practice, building presence through announcements and feedback, and handling late work and academic integrity. Week three covered tools and getting new instructors connected before their first term.
The constraint that made it hard is the one worth naming. We were expected to model exceptional teaching while teaching people to teach. Every message written during those weeks was also a demonstration.
The role ended in 2025 when SNHU moved the course to full-time staff.

Taught in Canvas with MyLab Math and MyLab Statistics.
Physics II meets once a week for three hours on a Monday evening, which is a hard shape for retention, so the quizzes carry the load. Each session runs 75 minutes on concepts, a break, a 25 minute quiz, and 50 minutes on applications and calculation. The break sits before the quiz on purpose, so students who want to review get the time.
Each quiz is mostly the previous week, plus one conceptual question and one numeric question from earlier in the term. Before spring break both review questions come from the same earlier week. After the break they come from two different weeks, so a single quiz reaches back across the term. Students get the schedule at the start and know which weeks appear on which quiz.
When a student does better on a concept the second or third time it appears, I raise the score on the quiz where they first met it, in proportion to the improvement. A grade is supposed to report what a student knows, and a student who learns something in week eleven knows it. The course has no exams other than a cumulative final, and quizzes that reach back several weeks get students studying for that final in February.
